Pasta with Turkish Sausage

  • 250 gr penne pasta
  • 350 gr turkish sausage,
  • 2 glass of mushroom
  • 1 gree or red paper
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 1/2 glass of milk
  • 1/2 spoon basil
  • 1/4 spoon paper
  • 1/2 glass of water cheese
  • Fresh basil leafs

Boil pasta and drain the water.For sauce,roast sausage,mushroom,peper,onion and garlic.After that add milk,basil and black paper and cook it for 5-8 minute till get darker.Mix it while cooking.After that get the sauce from fire and put it on the pasta. You can decorate with fresh basil.
